Local Hero is a group of diverse musicians, which have a diverse style. It is hard to say what their style is, but it
is easy to say what it is not. It is not death metal, or pure punk. It is rock in its pure, simple state. Each member brings
his own unique style which has been crafted by his own musical influences.
Local Hero formed in the fall of 2002. During its early stages it went through many members, and many names. These ranged
from Syringe to Standard Process. However, they decided on the members and names and that became
Local Hero. They are now writing many original tunes, as well as playing some covers.
