A 4 piece Pop/Punk band from OKC. Like most other young, newly formed bands, Far From Perfect began by playing at talent shows and other school functions. When first forming, the cover songs they performed were by bands such as Green Day, Blink 182, Good Charlette, and OKC's The Nixons.

After 2 years of being a strictly cover band, Far From Perfect (which was known as Human Pudding at the time) wrote their first original tune, "Now I'm Over You." Throughout the duration of that year, they continued to write more and more original songs and the bands rock influences began to show more while still retaining the Pop/Punk attitude that defines their sound.

May 23, 2003 marked the first paying gig that the band performed. They played at The Well in Norman. Since then, they have played many shows all over the state, favorites being Buzz's Sub's and the Racket Room in Edmond.
